Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered “dispatched” and officially on its way to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on your location and begin after dispatch, not at the time of purchase. Below are general estimates based on country:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–12 business days

📝 Shipping Details & Order Changes

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Need to make a correction? Email us at support@puredor.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.

🚚 Delayed Delivery

We understand the importance of timely delivery and always aim to ship orders quickly. However, delays can occasionally happen due to:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@puredor.com and we’ll do what we can to assist you.

We also recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers require specific details for their investigation, and we’re happy to support you in the process.

Although Puredor is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, filing a police report may be advised.
