Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we might not be able to make changes.
If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

We stand by our products and want you to feel confident trying them. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. We ask that you give your product at least 14 days of consistent use before requesting a return. If you're still not satisfied, you're welcome to return your order anytime between Day 14 and Day 60.

Damaged Items

We take care to package every order safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Dented or damaged packaging with an intact product is not considered a damaged item.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@puredor.com within 72 hours of delivery, and include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
We cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or issue replacements for damage caused by misuse, regular wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ensure fast, reliable shipping, but please understand that delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

For delivery-related issues (including lost, delayed, or stolen packages), we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Puredor is not responsible for delivery errors once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout!
If your shipping address is entered incorrectly and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we won’t be able to offer a refund or resend your order.
